Why is a section empty?
Check that the selected product or collection is published to Online Store. Recommendations may be empty until Shopify has enough related data or complementary products are assigned. Empty social settings intentionally hide their icons.
Why does video not autoplay?
Use a hosted Shopify video and enable the card-video setting. Put the film first or enable video-cover promotion. Reduced motion, data saving and browser restrictions can prevent autoplay. Use the manual play control.
How do I update safely?
Duplicate the theme before code changes or updates. Preview with your catalog and apps. Record custom changes separately; they may need to be reapplied. Verify the shopping journey before publishing.
What does support cover?
